1) I am concerned about buying online. Can I order securely from www.jinder.co.uk?

A) Yes, all on-site online payments are made through Paypal and are completely secure.

2) Do I have to be a member of Paypal to buy the JINDER records I want?

A) No, you will not be required to sign up to anything-you can order safely through Paypal by entering your credit or debit card details and shipping instructions accordingly.

3) Is shipping expensive when buying from www.jinder.co.uk?

A) Shipping is free on all records bought directly from this website!

4) How will my orders be packaged?

A) All CD orders are shipped in a sturdy padded 'Jiffy Bag' or similar, and in the last three years we have had no reports whatsoever of any CD orders arriving marked or damaged.

5) Where are the CDs shipped from, and when will I get mine?

A) All orders are processed, picked, packaged and dispatched by us here at Jinder HQ on the south coast of the UK, often by JINDER himself. If you are a UK resident, your order will be sent first class as soon as it is received, so it should be with you in no more than two days. Overseas orders will be dispatched equally swiftly, but shipping time can vary from country to country, so please allow 8-10 working days.

6) I don't want to pay by credit card. Can I send a cheque?

A) Of course! Cheques are more than welcome. Please e-mail us by clicking HERE and we'll let you know where to send it and who to make it out to.

7) I would like my CD(s) to be signed by the artist. Is this possible?

A) Yes, just specify that you would like a signed copy in the shipping notes of your Paypal order, and we'll make sure that your albums are signed before dispatch. JINDER is often away on tour, so please allow an extra few days of shipping if you specify that you would like your CDs signed.
